Firstly, as a family company, Alkaplar Pepper entered the spice industry in 1946 by producing red pepper. Moreover, it produces pepper and spice varieties in its Factory located on the Kayseri road in Kahramanmaraş Avşar Mahallesi. Since 1999, it has been growing in a closed area of ​​3 thousand square meters.

Product Range

Alkaplar Pepper has gathered its products under two main headings. These consist of the pepper group and spice group. The pepper group originates from Kahramanmaraş pepper. These are Chili Pepper, Powdered Pepper (with Hot and Sweet Varieties), Black Pepper, Chilli Pepper Silk Chili Peppers, Very Hot Chili Peppers, Fenugreek Pepper, Sweet Chili Peppers, Leaf Pepper, Silk Isot Pepper, Ground Black Pepper, Coarse Silk Pepper.
