Reymer is a sustainable textile company in Turkey. It started its activities in Bartın in 1997. In 2015, the company was introduced to the Lean Production philosophy. All employees were included in this philosophy and studies such as Slaughterhouse Efficiency, Slaughterhouse 5S, Shipment Efficiency, Production Efficiency, Setup Reduction, and Learn & Return Projects were carried out to serve the purposes of "Lean Thinking" and "Getting Rid of Wastes". Training programs were organized within their own structure and consultancy services were received. In this way, "Employee Development" was also supported. The company has adopted a management approach where waste-free, value-added works come to the fore, and information sharing is considered important in all its processes.

Thanks to the Model Factory Learn & Return Program, Lean Leaders were trained. Thanks to the leaders who learn, transform and transform, the Lean philosophy was tried to be adopted by all employees. The primary goal of the company was to teach the Lean philosophy to everyone.

Production and Shipping of the Sustainable Textile Company

During the product commissioning process, the entire operation sequence of the models to be produced, product minutes, line setup, machine features, cutting/sewing method, and pre-production preparation activities are carried out by all units. In the production process, it is worked with an average of 15,000 cutting and 10,000 sewing capacities per day. Thanks to the lean production philosophy, the products are made ready for shipment without creating stock.

The logistics process consists of the work of the warehouse and shipping units. All fabrics and accessories are entered into the warehouse by making administrative acceptance and entry quality control. The finished products are shipped under customer demand.
