Production Stages of the Synthetic Packaging Manufacturer

YARN PRODUCTION: It carries out transforming the raw material into yarn in line with the incoming customer demand. Then, trip yarns produced on the yarn line with extruders pass to the weaving looms.

FABRIC PRODUCTION: It makes fabric production settings according to the desired features in the loom control unit for the yarns coming to the weaving looms. The fabrics woven in machines with precision processing are wrapped on beams after production. It also can produce materials with different features up to 250 cm in width in weaving looms.

LAMINATION STAGE: According to their usage areas, the fabrics coming from the weaving line laminated with the extrusion principle.

PRINTING STAGE: It transfers the roll fabrics coming out of the weaving to the printing section. Here, it wraps on drums depending on the customer's request. It prints with clichés with high-resolution quality. It can print up to 6 different colors, including both surfaces of the fabric.

SEWING STAGE: Cuts fabrics that have passed all other stages in desired sizes. It applies a single or double-layer base seam with high-strength sewing threads to the sacks that have been cut.
