Teknopal Plastic Injection

Teknopal, which is an indicator of more than 20 years of experience and expertise in plastic injection molding, was established in 1983 as a family company with two partners. The product portfolio, which started to take shape in line with the demands from the large white goods domestic market, which was just beginning to take shape in Turkey at that time, currently consists of plastic products from all areas of the white and brown goods industry.

Production Facility

The company started to be established in Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone in February 2013, in an open area of ​​11,000 square meters and a closed area of ​​5,500 square meters, and started mass production as an Auxiliary Industry in the refrigerator sector in May-2013. 128 employees continue production.

The machinery park consists of 34 plastic injection machines with a minimum capacity of 90 and a maximum capacity of 650 tons. 11 robots, thermogel, 10-ton crane, dosing and loaders and machines are supported to produce more efficient and quality materials. Its factory has a small Molding Room, Pad Printing, Screen Printing, Up and Down Hot Stamping, Roll On Hot Stamping departments. The cooling system is provided as a closed circuit with two chillers. It has adopted lean production, 5S, FIFO methods. The quality system is product oriented.
