Yasin Gurme is a breakfast food manufacturer in Turkey. The adventure, which was started as a small business by Mehmet Ali Özgül and his son H. Tahsin Özgül in Eskişehir, continues to produce natural, additive-free and best flavors with its quality policy based on superior quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
Its products include soudjouk, pastrami, salami, sausage, roasted meat, meatballs, smoked meat, butter, cheese, kashar, fenugreek, olives and olive oil.

1960
The adventure, which started with sausage production as a small business by Mehmet Ali Özgül and his son H. Tahsin Özgül, started operating in Eskişehir.
1964
Sausage production has expanded. Calves were carefully selected at the fattening house, slaughtered at the slaughterhouse, processed and stuffed in a rented room, and dried by burning a stove in a small garden shed. The sausages produced in Eskişehir are famous for their quality and cleanliness and are offered for sale in delicatessen shops.
1978
In addition to sausage production, pastrami production has also started.
1980
Yasin Sausages factory was established in Baksan Industrial Site. This factory was the first sausage and pastrami production facility in the region and earned the title of Eskişehir's famous "Yasin Sausages".
1984
Product sales started to surrounding provinces such as Bursa and Bilecik via service distribution vehicles.
1992
Product diversity has been increased with the production of salami, sausage and smoked meat.
1994
With the first R&D study, "Cookie Sucuk" production was started and became the first company in this field.
1995
The third generation took over the business and continued production.
2005
In addition to production in Eskişehir, an olive oil factory was established by H. Tahsin Özgül in Kızılkeçili Village in Edremit Kaz Mountains. Boutique production started with the Atilla Çelebi Özgül brand and special olive oil with 0.2% acidity was produced.
2006
Atilla Çelebi Özgül Extra Virgin Olive Oil received the 1st prize in the competition held in Italy.
2008
Participation was made in the first international fair in SIAL, France. This fair was followed by other international food fairs such as World Food Moscow and Kuwait, and the first export was realized.
2010
A new facility with a closed area of 3000 m² was established in Eskişehir SME Organized Industrial Zone. With this facility, production accelerated and brand awareness increased throughout Türkiye.
2016
The death of their founder, H. Tahsin Özgül, deeply affected the Yasin family. However, in the same year, a 300-head livestock farm was built and put into operation in the Mahmudiye district of Eskişehir and production continued with new investments.
