Toscano is an agriculture machinery manufacturer company in Turkey. Toscano manufactures in two distinct locations in Eskişehir, with a total area of 45.000m2. During production, they employ advanced technological mechanization resources in all operations. Furthermore, they use sophisticated production processes. They carry out all processes beneath the company’s premises. The firm does the following processes: CNC laser and plasma cutting, CNC machining, CNC press brake, CNC robotic welding, CNC mold press, and electrostatic powder coating application. The firm and its manufacturing capacity have been steadily increasing since 1995.
Every procedure that the company uses is designed to utilize less energy. Among the most important elements of organizational culture are sustainability and efficiency. They design the procedures to employ as many renewable materials and resources as feasible. They utilize solar panels as an energy source for electricity, with the goal of reducing energy usage. All production operations and managerial offices use lean manufacturing techniques.
Furthermore, they have field areas where R&D teams receive training, refresh their expertise, and test the goods they have produced. These are 50 kilometers distant from their facilities. Thus, they use precision farming practices, similar to corporate culture in these areas. And they follow “fair farming” ideals. They continually utilize their own machines and improve in all of their domains.

They created Toscano a quarter-century ago to offer its farmers access to contemporary high-yield agricultural technology rather than conventional and low-yield agricultural tools. Its teams created a number of ideas to improve productivity and presented them to their farmers. They completed many projects in Turkey for the first time. Each project provided more efficient solutions than the previous one.
