Ansa Ambalaj is a packaging company in Turkey. Was founded in 1982 in Gaziantep. It produces an average of 12.000 tons of fibrillated yarn and synthetic sacks annually in an area of 20.000 square meters. Implementing the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system, the company aims to meet customer demands better and to increase customer satisfaction. With its experienced staff, Ansa Ambalaj, which produces without sacrificing quality, can meet the demands of its customers in different standards thanks to the flexibility it has brought to its production lines with its R&D activities. The studies required for the continuity and development of the system are carried out uninterruptedly.
ANSA, which has always had a place in the sector with its unchanging commercial principles since its establishment, is one of the good companies in its industry with its experienced staff and service understanding that does not compromise on quality.

GREENHOUSE HANGER
In the greenhouses, these threads can be used as hanger wires for the fastening of the vertically suspended threads. These threads, which are drawn 10-15 cm above the soil level and taken at regular intervals according to the genus of the plant, can be used in greenhouses for a long time because they are untwisted and thick. |
BIG BAILING MACHINE These threads for big bale presses are used to bind large bales up to 100 x 120 x 300 cm with very high breaking loads and increased elongation percentages. With increased elongation amounts, it enables straw and hay to be pressed at high pressures and to make bales much tighter. The transport of the bale pressed at high pressure with high knot strength holds the bale together against the loads to which the bale is subjected during storage without distributing the bale. |
CONVENTIONAL ROUND BALE ROPE Ansa bale threads are produced specially according to the characteristics of the balers where they will be operated. These threads are produced with breaking loads that can withstand the highest working pressures of the presses, and at the same time do not allow the bales to be dispersed in the stacking and storage conditions after pressing with a low elongation percentage. By calculating the waiting time of the threads in the open area, the effectiveness of UV containing a specially developed formula to prevent the sun from decaying with harmful rays; periodically accelerated laboratory conditions are guaranteed. | REAPER BINDER ROPE These threads, which are produced for harvesting machines which are used effectively in rural areas, provide high strength and low elongation properties and ensure a trouble-free operation of the mowing device. Harvesting machines are used in the same scope for all cereals (wheat and wheat grain barley, oats, rye) that can be grown in every field (plain, small hill, soft soil). It is specially manufactured out of standard dimensions to fit into the thread bucket of the machine. It is produced with the hardness that the machine blade can cut easily. |
SOILLES AGRICULTURE ROPE It is used as seedling tying rope in greenhouses where “soilless agriculture” practices are developed as an alternative to traditional farming methods. They are made thicker than regular greenhouse ropes considering the load to carry. They can carry products up to 36 kg. Thanks to its low elongation amount, it does not sag in the seedling. | GREENHOUSE HANGER In the greenhouses, these threads can be used as hanger wires for the fastening of the vertically suspended threads. These threads, which are drawn 10-15 cm above the soil level and taken at regular intervals according to the genus of the plant, can be used in greenhouses for a long time because they are untwisted and thick. |
CARPET WEFT YARN These threads, which are used as weft threads in the weaving of carpets produced for use in open areas, enable the carpets to be used outdoors for a long time thanks to their structure reinforced against UV rays of the sun. With its uniform structure, it reduces the smooth operation of the weaving loom and stops caused by yarn breaks. | ELASTIC COLUMN WEBBING YARN These threads are used in the production of elastic column and big bag carrier column. The properties of these threads are fibrillated and have high strength. T6666 and T9000 type yarns are used as warp threads in the weaving of elastic columns used as conveyor belts in the furniture and automotive sectors. T1800 type threads are used as both warp and weft threads in the weaving of big bag carrier columns. These threads provide high column breaking strength which is especially important for big bag manufacturers with their high bearing capacity. |
BIG BAG SEWING YARN These threads for big bale presses are used to bind large bales up to 100 x 120 x 300 cm with very high breaking loads and increased elongation percentages. With increased elongation amounts, it enables straw and hay to be pressed at high pressures and to make bales much tighter. The transport of the bale pressed at high pressure with high knot strength holds the bale together against the loads to which the bale is subjected during storage without distributing the bale. The dusting that occurs during the operation of the thread in the press and causes the blade to be blinded is minimized in these threads employing unique production technique. | UNDER ROOFING FABRIC These are the fabrics used in roofing works and in the manufacture of membranes used for waterproofing. Usually, the upper surfaces of the membrane are impregnated with bitumen (eng. “Bitumen”). Since the fabric will contract during this process, it is desirable to have a more significant amount of fabric elongation. |
PP TWINE The classification of these yarns produced for industrial use is made according to their diameters. Presently manufactured with 2 and 12 mm diameters in 3 arms and 4 arms, the twines have high bearing capacities. | BALE TYPE These are the threads used in the binding of bales such as large size sacks, cotton, etc. and in heavily loaded packaging. It is not affected by friction, easy knotting is done with its smooth fibrilized structure, and the knot is not unwound from the place where it is made. |
PACKAGE ROPE It is a multi-purpose tying rope that can be used in all kinds of packaging and packaging works. Thanks to its high knot strength, the knot does not break from the discarded place. It does not creep and breaks in the transportation of heavy loaded packages with high lifting power and low elongation amount. It is resistant to friction that may occur during the transportation of packages. | BAG CLOSER ROPE These threads, which are mostly used to tie the sacks of the sacks, make it easier for the user to attach the sack mouth securely, especially in the case of tying with the sack, thanks to their rigid structure. |
