Ekici Peynir is a dairy products manufacturer in Turkey. Ekici Peynir has been producing only cheese since 1957, bringing its consumers together with high quality and delicious cheeses. Ekici Peynir continues its investments to deliver at international standards. The company, which has switched to a complete automation system in white cheese since 2015, continues to work to change to full automation in other cheese types.

The story of Ekici starts in 1957 in a small dairy in the Ereğli district of Konya. The company begins its operations with the production of white cheese by processing about 1 ton of sheep milk per day. The fact that sheep milk can be collected periodically only in the spring period in the region within two months and the continuity of production cannot be ensured due to the limited cow's milk ensures that Ekici's growth steps are taken first. To save the company from being dependent on seasonal milk stock, the company moved to Antalya in 1979. Ekici Cheese, which spreads its cheese production throughout the year due to cow's milk in this new dairy, continues to produce only white cheese with the increasing demand every year. As time goes by, continuing to increase the factory's production capacity and need widens the range of Planters Cheese, today quality standards, hygienic.
