Söke started production in 1963 with its first mill with a capacity of 60 tons. It was established using the Swiss Bühler machinery and technology that developed the most respected milling technology in the world.
In 1982, he established his second mill, which increased the total daily capacity to 440 tons. Turkey's first industrial packaging line investment in the same year reached a broad audience from bakers to homes. Thus, it began to take more place in the dough of the flavors in our lives.
In 1993, it started automation in its general production. So increased its production capacity to 560 tons per day. Söke became one of the top 5 flour mills in Turkey with its 100% capacity utilization.
In 2017, it established a new mill with a daily capacity of 60 tons, grinding other grain varieties as whole grains, unlike wheat. With this latest investment, it offered wheat flour and different grain flours to professionals and consumers.
