GMS Hydraulic is a hydraulic valve manufacturer company in Turkey. Since 1979, GMS Hydraulic has been manufacturing hydraulic valves and hydraulic power levers, which have been exported to more than 60 countries. Valves are made using the most advanced casting methods. Well-equipped CNC machines and well-trained CNC operators were used to create the designs and production. The company's management policy calls for quality improvement and creativity.
Its products are put through their paces on test machines with electronic control systems. After passing quality and feature checks, the products are sent to the consumers. 70% of our valves are exported to all seven continents. Valves are made using the most advanced casting methods. Designs and processing made by well fitted CNC machines and well-trained CNC operators. The company's corporate approach emphasizes performance growth and creativity.
GMS Hydraulic keeps a close eye on industry trends as a result of the emphasis placed on quality management systems; GMS has been awarded the ISO 9001 Quality Management System as well as the EU Directive 97/23 / EC CE label.
Directional control valves are used in a variety of hydraulic programs. At least one directional control valve is present in almost every plant. Spool valves are manufactured by a large number of firms around the world due to the high level of demand. Hydraulic valves are usually made of cast iron. Inside the cast iron hydraulic valve, sand cores are used to create a cavity for internal rooms and oil drain.
The most critical point in this process is casting and sand core processing technologies. If the sand core is of poor quality, the cavity that must be formed will not be created, causing the directional control valve to malfunction. Cast iron, on the other hand, may cause a variety of issues. Casting issues like this are most common on Far Eastern centered directional control valves.
Internal cleanliness of the valve body is another important factor that influences the efficiency of directional control valves. The directional control valve body should be washed during the casting process with special procedures to remove slag and sand core dirt. Within the hydraulic valve, there are remnants not only from the casting process but also from machining chips. The output of spool valves is greatly influenced by these remnants.
The contamination level of a directional control valve operating at pressures less than 140 bar is 20/18/15, and the filtration level is 20 micron; moreover, the contamination level of a directional control valve operating at pressures greater than 200 bar is 18/16/13, and the filtration level is 5 micron. Dirt threatens all equipment parts and the spool valve if corrosion and filtration requirements are not followed. Valve cleaning is done by professionals who use specialized procedures. The test bench control system, on the other hand, tests and calculates the oil pollution level. As a result, the monitoring protocol has little impact on the monoblock valve's contamination level.
