Action is a laser company in Turkey. The company was established in Çerkezköy in 2014 to support the repair of Plastic Injection molds with Laser Welding, and Argon (TIG) Welding applications. Laser Welding

It is a welding method that has become widespread in the last 10 years in the repair of molds used in sectors such as Automotive, White Goods, Packaging, and Electronics. The biggest advantage of this method is that by welding with serial point shots with a diameter of 0.5 mm, it only intervenes in the damaged area and does not damage the solid areas of the mold. Thus, the repair is completed with a minimum level of workmanship after welding.

With the German-origin ROFIN welding machine it uses, the company can easily position the hard-to-reach areas, especially in large tonnage molds, via the robotic arm, and can easily weld to the side walls, angled and shaped surfaces thanks to the ball jointed head.

Argon (TIG) Welding

It is an effective welding method that has been used for more than 30 years, especially in the mold industry. It is used in areas where large filling is required. Fillings that require a very long time with the laser welding method can be made safely and in a short time with Argon (TIG) welding. German-origin EWM brand machine is very successful in mold fillings with precise parameter settings. During welding, collapses caused by high heat are completed with laser welding, providing a very short and cost-effective solution.

Laser Marking

Permanent engraving is carried out by laser marking method in products belonging to many different sectors. It serves all kinds of labels, bar codes, company logos, marking of mold steels, and cylindrical applications that require a divisor.
