Abkant is a press metal manufacturer in Turkey. The company, the first steps of which were taken by Ali Mübin UÇMAZBAŞ in 1978, started its activities in the fields of sheet sales, sheet cutting, and sheet bending, in an industrial zone of 100 m2.

History of the Press Metal Manufacturer

With the increase in capacity and employment in 1985, the manufacturing area was not sufficient, and this year it continued its activities in a new place with a production area of 400 m2.

After the death of company founder Ali Mübin UÇMAZBAŞ, Semih and Melih UÇMAZBAŞ brothers, who took over the business, embraced the legacy left by their father with great devotion and continued their activities with the same determination. During this period, important investments were made to meet the demands of the Eskişehir industry and increase its capacity.

In 2004, a new facility with a 600 m² closed and 600 m² open area was established to provide better service to customers. This investment has contributed to the growth of the enterprise and the increase of its production capacity. With the growth of the company, the need to create a corporate structure arose and it became a Limited Company in 2008.

The company has made various investments to continuously strengthen its hair processing center identity and provide better service to customers. It has increased its production capability by investing in many machines such as sheet metal processing, cutting, bending, cylinder bending, and shaping.

By 2010, Abkant Press had become one of the strongest companies in the region, and as a result of this success, a new factory with a closed area of 1600 m² was established in the Organized Industrial Zone. This modern facility is produced by using machines that are suitable for up-to-date technologies.
