Yesilyurt is a rebar producer in Turkey. It started its activities in 1980 with a bar rolling mill with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons in Karabuk. In 1987, it established its second bar rolling mill with a total of 420,000 tons/year in Samsun and a steel mill with a capacity of 420,000 tons/year in 1997.

Yeşilyurt opened its steel mill with a capacity of 420,000 tons/year in 1997 to produce its semi-finished product due to the supply shortage in steel billets. It wants to be at the top levels of world steel production. Therefore, it increased its capacity to 1800,000 tons/year and its liquid steel capacity to 1,300,000 tons/year. In the rolling mill, it produces ribbed rebars of all qualities in sizes of 8mm - 50mm.
