Şahin is a processed meat producer which is located in Turkey. The company continues its activities in the Karpuzatan district of Kayseri, and it was established in 1923. The company, which has been continuing this business for generations, has been serving for almost a century. The plant is established on an open area of 4,500 m² and a closed area of 15,000 m² and has a daily production capacity of 50 tons. Having a wide product range in terms of diversity, Şahin Sucukları has nearly 100 product types and 150 employees. Since Kayseri comes to mind when it comes to pastrami and soujouk, the company has never lost its vision of hosting Kayseri flavor in its products and offering quality and reliability.
Şahin Sucukları has also obtained certificates that prove its quality in international standards such as ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management, and Halal Certificates. Aiming to serve with peace of mind, the company states that it hasn't and will not produce products that its own employees don't use. In 2013, the company changes its legal form into Fazlıoğlu Et ve Et Ürünleri Gıda San. Tic. A.Ş. and since then it has been continuing its activities with this name. Since meat products have a critical impact on human health, Şahin Sucukları is aware of this condition and acts accordingly. It instills this awareness in its employees and customers, too.
