Turan Kağıt stands out with its experience in the sector for more than 60 years and operates in areas such as wholesale paper sales, paper apparel and paper packaging manufacturing. In addition to the leading domestic paper producers in the sector, it offers various paper types that it directly imports to its customers through its Eskişehir factory and Izmir branch.

Production

The company produces paper honeycombs, paper bags, corner protectors and thermal insulation panels along with various paper garment processes such as cutting, coil slicing, lamination, waxing and printing in its Eskişehir factory. With the high technological investment made in 2019, it started to produce shopping bags with handles made of kraft paper.

History

The company is known for its wide range of products and provides services to organizations operating in a wide variety of sectors throughout Turkey. Its history began with a small paper bag machine that founder Turgut Turan brought from Istanbul in 1961. In 1982, Turan Kağıt Ambalaj İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. It was established in Eskişehir.

The company's contributions and work have been recognized with various awards. In 1987, Turan Kağıt  was deemed worthy of the Technology Development Award by the Eskişehir Chamber of Industry, and in 1988, he was deemed worthy of the Award and Certificate of Honor by the Turkish Chamber of Industry Newspaper for his various useful works and contributions to the economy. Additionally, it was awarded by the Turkish Standards Institute in 1996 for its efforts to redevelop and reuse waste paper as industrial products.

The company provided service by establishing branches and dealers in various provinces for 20 years and opened its Izmir branch in 1998.
